Design, Development & TOT of 3×3 Industrial Grade UPS (60KVA)
This project consist of design & development of the following,
- SMPS Board
- Input1: 290 to 500V RMS, 50Hz, 3 Phase 3 Wire, AC; Input2: 340V to 500V DC
- Output1: 24V/2A; Output2: 5V/500mA; Output3: 12V/2A; Output4:-12V/600mA
- Dual SCR Driver Board
- Suitable for driving SCRs up to 1700V, 300A
- IGBT Driver Power Supply Board
- 4 x Isolated power supplies for IGBT drivers of 3 Phase 2 Level Inverter
- Dual IGBT Driver Board
- Suitable for driving 2xIGBTs up to 1200V,500A
- DSP Based Control Board
- Universal control board which can be easily configured for various power electronics applications e.g. PFC, Inverter, DC-DC Converter, UPS, Drive, Charger, 6/12 Pulse Rectifier, etc.
- Functional testing of all boards, 6 pulse SCR controlled rectifier module, IGBT based 3 phase 2 level inverter with static switches module completed. Integrated testing of lab sample is in progress.

Design, Development & Supply of Digital Controlled Rectifier with PLC and Communication Interface
This project consist of hardware design & firmware development of the following,
Microcontroller based single-phase rectifier with following features,
- Constant Voltage or Constant Current Operation
- 5 Selectable Current Ranges
- MODBUS RTU (RS-485)
- PFC Digital Input
- 4-20mA Analog Input from a remote process controller, such as a PLC
- 4-20mA Analog Outputs
- Input Voltage (auto-ranging): 24V to 660VAC
- Output Voltage: 20V to 600VDC (depending on Input Voltage)
- Output Current: 0 to 15ADC

This project consist of design & development of the following,

- Output1: 12V/2A, Output2: 5V/500mA, Output3: 5V/50mA
- Dual MOSFET Driver Board
- Suitable for MOSFETs up to 600V,100A in half-bridge configuration
- Charger Board
- Input: -380V – 0 – +380V, Output: 112V/1A,
- Dual IGBT Driver Board
- Suitable for driving 2xIGBTs up to 1200V,150A
- Single IGBT Driver Board
- Suitable for driving IGBTs up to 1200V,150A
- DSP Based Control Board
- Suitable for control of input PFC rectifier, Battery DC-DC converter, Output inverter and changeover power relays.
- Power Board Suitable for accommodating input PFC rectifier, Battery DC-DC converter, Output inverter and changeover power relays.
Functional testing of all boards completed, integrated testing in progress.
